Through the contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message.

Server logs: our hosting provider Netlify keeps automatic security logs containing your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. We don't actively collect these; they're part of the hosting platform.

Messages from the contact form are used to reply to your question. Server logs are there to keep the site secure and running. We don't use this data for anything else.

We don't send newsletters and don't run analytics or advertising pixels on this site.

We rely on two grounds under the GDPR:

• ART 6·AConsent — for the contact form, given by submitting it.
• ART 6·FLegitimate interest — for server logs, to keep our infrastructure secure.

Messages from the contact form are kept for at most 24 months after the last contact and then deleted. Server logs are retained by Netlify for around 30 days.

We don't sell your data and don't share it for marketing. We do work with technical partners that keep the site running:

• Netlify, Inc.United States

  Hosts the website and receives contact form submissions. Transfers to the US are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Indian Type Foundry / FontshareIndia

  Delivers the Satoshi typeface. Receives only your IP address to serve the font file — no profiling, no cookies.

• Google FontsNo external connection

  JetBrains Mono and Cormorant Garamond are self-hosted on our own server at build time, so your browser never connects to Google.

Netlify is based in the United States. Transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the European Commission, under article 46 GDPR. Fontshare (India) receives only your IP address to deliver the font and does no further processing.

The site runs over HTTPS only. We've taken reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. If a data breach occurs, we report it to the Dutch Data Protection Authority within 72 hours where required.

This site currently sets no tracking or marketing cookies. If that changes — for example if we want to measure visitor statistics — a cookie banner with opt-in will be added and this notice will be updated.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw your consent
